Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how KM Coaching, a division of 3fish media inc. ("KM Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit coachkerri.ca, listen to our podcast, sign up for our free resources, buy a program, or join our community.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us:

Contact details: your name and email address when you sign up for the 5:00 Rewire, join our email list, or contact us.
Purchase details: your name, email, billing address, and payment information when you buy a program. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, including payments made with Apple Pay. We do not see or store your full credit card number.
Account details: your login information and profile details when you create an account to access your program or community.
Community content: posts, comments, messages, and anything else you choose to share in the community or during live calls.
Testimonials and feedback: anything you share with us about your experience.

Information collected automatically:

Website data: when you visit our website, we and our service providers collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, like signing up for the 5:00 Rewire.
Email data: we may see whether you open our emails or click links in them, so we can improve what we send.
Podcast data: our podcast is hosted on Kajabi, which may collect basic listening information, such as the number of downloads, general location, and the app or device used.

A Note About Sensitive Information

Our coaching is about your relationship with alcohol, and some people choose to share personal experiences, including health-related details, in the community or on live calls. We do not require you to share this kind of information, and you are always in control of what you share. Please remember that anything you post in the community can be seen by other members. We ask all members to keep what's shared in the community confidential, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

deliver the programs, resources, and community access you've signed up for or bought
process payments and send receipts
send you the 5:00 Rewire and emails you've agreed to receive, including coaching tips, podcast updates, and information about our programs and offers
respond to your questions and messages
run live coaching calls and share recordings inside the community
use testimonials in our marketing, with your permission as described in our Terms & Conditions
understand how people use our website and podcast so we can improve them
measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our website
keep our website, community, and services safe and secure
meet our legal and accounting obligations

We will only use your information for these purposes, or for new purposes with your consent or where the law allows.

Email Communications

When you sign up for the 5:00 Rewire or another free resource, you consent to receive emails from us, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing hello@coachkerri.ca. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you messages related to a program you've bought, such as access details or receipts.

Live Call Recordings

Live coaching calls are recorded and shared inside the community only, so members can watch the replays. Recordings are not shared publicly. If you'd rather not appear on camera, you're welcome to keep your camera off and join through the chat.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include:

Kajabi: our website, program, community, email, and podcast hosting platform
Stripe: our payment processor, including Apple Pay payments
Google: website analytics through Google Analytics
Meta: advertising measurement and targeting through the Meta Pixel

These providers are required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us, or as described in their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or if our business is reorganized or sold, in which case your information would stay protected under this policy.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Some of our service providers, including Kajabi, Stripe, Google, and Meta, store and process information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While there, your information may be subject to the laws of that country and accessed by its courts, law enforcement, or government authorities. We choose providers that take privacy and security seriously.

Cookies and Your Advertising Choices

Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser, to make the site work properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and show our ads. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website or your program works.

Age Requirement

Our programs, community, and resources are intended only for people 19 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 19. If you are under 19 and have signed up, or if you are a parent or guardian and believe someone in your care who is under 19 has given us their information, please contact us at hello@coachkerri.ca. We will take appropriate steps, which may include removing their access and deleting their information.

Our website, emails, and podcast may link to other websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
